Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Just Wave. Tacaly Cherry ended up behind the leader. Stoner Hate got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Quesnel sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Tacaly Cherry took the lead rather easily.




Ecco looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Ecco kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Tacaly Cherry made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Quesnel.
