Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kajaani track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Stjerne Målmand. Semenko Pegasos ended up behind the leader. Fast Action got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ewen sprinted to the front.

Ewen clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Fast Action galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ewen followed by Stjerne Målmand and Semenko Pegasos. Lane two Ravanelli Pegasos followed by Fast Action and Fluoro Vox.

Ravanelli Pegasos speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Semenko Pegasos won. Stjerne Målmand came in second. Fast Action caught third place.
