Only a humble breeze blew over Riihimäki this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prank sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Frozen Thinker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Nark Kronos Star took the lead rather easily. Frozen Thinker galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Nark Kronos Star was still in the lead after 1500m.



Nark Kronos Star looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Seppo Markkula tried a little too much on the homestretch and Frozen Thinker started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Nark Kronos Star didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
