The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Scout Wanderer took the lead after a very quick start.




Vittorio Quick saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Milk And Them took the lead rather easily.




Sergeant Star saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Sergeant Star didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Jimis Celebration was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Sergeant Star were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Jimis Celebration won the race after a spectacular finish.
