It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Starshine Closet. Solo Effort ended up behind the leader. Maverick got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Torbjörn Jansson wanted a little to much in the start and Düring galoped for 30 m.




Düring saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Düring was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Düring was still in the lead after 1500m.



Düring kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Maverick sprinted over the finishline before Starshine Closet and Düring.
