Adventurous Band looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Marango Cherry couldn't come out from behind the leader, Purple Lily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Purple Lily followed by Gagnez De L'argent and Donna Jo Ameste. Lane two Adventurous Band followed by Marango Cherry and Jupiter Rori. Gilian showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Jeremias Rori gallopped for 40 m.

Adventurous Band put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Adventurous Band kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Adventurous Band today who won before Marango Cherry and Gagnez De L'argent.
