The weather had been good all week and Bergsåker was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Intelligent Band tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Golden Madness that came steaming ahead.

Franco Nero was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Franco Nero was still in the lead after 1500m.



Franco Nero kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Henrik Svensson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Outspoken Gladiator started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Intelligent Band sprinted over the finishline before Golden Madness and Franco Nero.
