The sun was shining on Dannero today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sly Lion was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Dirkshorn sprinted to the front.




Clever Factory took the lead after 1000m. Breaking Carneval didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Breaking Carneval looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Holger Opal galoped for 30 m. Intelligent Band suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Holger Opal won. Breaking Carneval came in second. Sly Lion caught third place.
