Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Porteur De Joie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Narkissos Tooma quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Aggressive Sniper sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Aggressive Sniper followed by Slippery Pirate and Porteur De Joie. Lane two Modestine followed by Rapide Du Bloc and Narkissos Tooma.




Modestine took the lead.



Modestine were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






No-one could catch Modestine today who won before Porteur De Joie and Rapide Du Bloc.
