One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fury took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Silver Cruiser, Fury, Assortimento Campioni, Key To Victory, Lone Fist, Strikes On Top, Encore, Republicain.




Strikes On Top looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Key To Victory couldn't come out from behind the leader, Silver Cruiser. Encore was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Lone Fist galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Strikes On Top looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Strikes On Top kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Key To Victory litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Fury never caught up with Key To Victory who won. Strikes On Top came third.
