One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blushing Velvet found a gap and took the lead. Journey To Paradise followed before Pure Power. When the startcar left the field Journey To Paradise started to galop and lost 30 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Journey To Paradise was still in the lead after 1500m.



Pure Power was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. With only a little left of the race Cactus galoped for 30 m. Blushing Velvet suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Journey To Paradise won the race after a spectacular finish.
