The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Dominant Puma could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Katrin K Frick wanted a little to much in the start and Clever Striker galoped for 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Dani Klein sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Boone suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dani Klein followed by Dominant Puma and Quintus Opal. Lane two Tender Piece followed by Light Piece and Boone. Impossible Task showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



With only a little left of the race Quintus Opal galoped for 50 m. Dominant Puma suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Light Piece galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Dominant Puma didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
