One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Room Of Roses could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Katzenjammer galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Gorgeous Trap saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Gorgeous Trap was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gorgeous Trap followed by Gentleman Folder and Room Of Roses. Lane two Sir Patrick followed by Flickering Box and Pointing Diary.




Gorgeous Trap was still in the lead after 2000m. Unknown was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.



Gorgeous Trap were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

driver couldn't keep Listening Moon to trotting so they were disqualified.




Gorgeous Trap kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sir Patrick and Room Of Roses.
