One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Swing Vote found a gap and took the lead. Adelante followed before Bellona. Krister Söderholm wanted a little to much in the start and Grasping Sparrow galoped for 10 m.
Grasping Sparrow saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Bellona sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Swing Vote accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Bellona litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Swing Vote made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Bellona.
