The sun was shining on Solvalla and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frosty Rhapsody tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Frällan Cherry that came steaming ahead.




Kraków Hof saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Caldwell took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Caldwell followed by Frällan Cherry and Lonely Thought. Lane two Frosty Rhapsody followed by Paris Métro and Kraków Hof.




Caldwell sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Caldwell looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Frällan Cherry won. Caldwell came in second. Paris Métro caught third place.
