One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Graziana was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Whatever Pearl was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Graziana clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Whatever Pearl accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Whatever Pearl sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Tapio Perttunen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Walking Carneval started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Whatever Pearl didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
