The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Clever Ship found a gap and took the lead. Showstopper followed before Figeac. Q Opal suddenly started to galop. Sören Eriksson had to struggle to get Q Opal to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Rocking Piece, Adorable Queen, Advanced Boy, Figeac, Clever Ship, Q Opal, Super Duper Pegasos, Wenig. Showstopper started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Figeac took the lead after 1000m. Advanced Boy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

driver couldn't keep Wenig to trotting so they were disqualified. Figeac took the lead after 1000m. Rocking Piece didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Q Opal made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Super Duper Pegasos.
