One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Seductive Mind tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Tears Of Joy that came steaming ahead.

Golden Sparrow saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Calura Boy who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Carlien took the lead after 1000m. Seductive Mind didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Expensive Ring galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Lidt Som Jern was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Carlien took the lead after 1000m. Tears Of Joy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Carlien didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
