One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Just Wave tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Gorgeous Flower that came steaming ahead. Kaj Widell wanted a little to much in the start and Protection Angel galoped for 50 m.

Just Wave saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Just Wave followed by Gorgeous Flower and Marielle Ametist. Lane two Climbing Tank followed by Protection Angel and Electric Lily.

Just Wave kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Sleepy Pie gallopped 10 m after 2000m.

Just Wave looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

No-one could catch Just Wave today who won before Gorgeous Flower and Climbing Tank.
