Only a humble breeze blew over Rättvik this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Couturière found a gap and took the lead. Sudden Electra followed before Expensive Girl.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Expensive Girl took the lead after 1000m. Holy Starshine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Couturière looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

With only a little left of the race Sudden Electra galoped for 40 m. Couturière looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Sudden Electra showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Holy Starshine never caught up with Couturière who won. Expensive Girl came third.
