One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fair Gossip found a gap and took the lead. Wicked followed before Inkas Close Work.




Fair Gossip was in fine shape and held the lead. Fair Gossip was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Fair Gossip was still in the lead after 1500m.



Inkas Close Work speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Fair Gossip never caught up with Inkas Close Work who won. Wicked came third.
