One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Othello Riez found a gap and took the lead. Modest Sunshine followed before Prince Héritier.

Perfect Jewel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. driver couldn't keep Othello Riez to trotting so they were disqualified. Blackeberga Duff showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Diamond Victory took the lead after 1000m. Stumbeling Indian didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Flying Platinum was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Diamond Victory today. It continued in the lead.

Diamond Victory kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Prince Héritier was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.

Prince Héritier showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Prince Héritier was first on the homestretch followed by Diamond Victory and Stumbeling Indian.

Diamond Victory made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Prince Héritier.
