One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Handy Legend tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Cosmic Summer that came steaming ahead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dumont today. It continued in the lead.



Dumont kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Cosmic Summer never caught up with Dumont who won. Handy Legend came third.
