One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mr Suomi could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Shy Asteroid suddenly started to galop. Claes Sjöström had to struggle to get Shy Asteroid to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Mother Goose showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Shy Asteroid looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Mother Goose couldn't come out from behind the leader, Mr Suomi.

Mother Goose galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Shy Asteroid won. Mr Suomi came in second. Mother Goose caught third place.
