The sun was shining on Pihtipudas today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Peregrin Took found a gap and took the lead. Nessla Arise followed before Front Band.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Rabicano sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Rabicano was still in the lead after 1500m.



Rabicano were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Criminal Peregrin Took made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Nessla Arise.
