It had been raining for several days at Eskilstuna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nessla Axl found a gap and took the lead. Find The Fly followed before Cookie. When the startcar left the field Loyal Angel started to galop and lost 50 m.




Powerful Frenzy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Deventer took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Deventer today. It continued in the lead. Nessla Axl started to gallop after 1500m and Richard L Jansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Deventer didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Deventer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
