One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Big Snake tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Heavy Metal Machine that came steaming ahead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Big Snake sprinted to the front.

Big Snake clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Clever Power looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Clever Power looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Heavy Metal Machine sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
