The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Umåker this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Total Darkness found a gap and took the lead. J'attendrai followed before Kafkas Law. Nark Kronos Star saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Backstabbing Diamond looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Kafkas Law couldn't come out from behind the leader, Nark Kronos Star. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nark Kronos Star followed by Backstabbing Diamond and Total Darkness. Lane two Kafkas Law followed by J'attendrai and Jean Baptiste. With only a little left of the race Total Darkness galoped for 10 m. Nark Kronos Star kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Nark Kronos Star kept the speed the whole finish and won before Total Darkness and J'attendrai. Results
