The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Karlshamn this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Weekend Hope. Carlos Duke ended up behind the leader. Odette got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Stjerne Målmand was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Pinstripe´s Iva saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Weekend Hope to trotting so they were disqualified.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Carlos Duke accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Carlos Dragon suddenly took over the lead.

Carlos Duke suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Renault was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

Odette won the race after a spectacular finish.
