The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solänget today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Poggio Climb found a gap and took the lead. Rolling Darkness followed before Relaxing Rocket. When the startcar left the field Rolling Darkness started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Bossa Nova, Relaxing Rocket, Poggio Climb, Red Darkness, Rolling Darkness, Goodbye Horray, Silver Cookie, Probably C.C..




The leader got disturbed by something and Red Darkness took the lead rather easily.




Red Darkness was still in the lead after 1500m. Rugged Energy galloped for 30 m.



Rugged Energy was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Red Darkness looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Bossa Nova won the race after a spectacular finish.
