The sun was shining on Oviken and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Gold Imagine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Boreal Moussolou was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. This is the positions after 500m. Wild Gold, Chlogio, Adventurous Runner, Let’s Go Roro, Erica In America, Gold Imagine, Zanon, Criminal Draggan. A bird flew just in front of Chanceux who started to galop and lost 40 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Let’s Go Roro took the lead rather easily. Erica In America accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Adventurous Runner galloped way to long and was disqualified. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Boreal Moussolou gallopped for 20 m. Erica In America kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. With only a little left of the race Gold Imagine galoped for 30 m. Erica In America kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Erica In America kept the speed the whole finish and won before Zanon and Chlogio. Results
