Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Örebro track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Turn It Over was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Längre Legs Cherry quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Evil Russian Nuclear looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Längre Legs Cherry gallopped for 40 m. Pompei litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Pompei didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
