The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Mr Ice. Gigolo Giggs ended up behind the leader. Metsu got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Gigolo Giggs suddenly started to galop. Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get Gigolo Giggs to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




Liz Lizard saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mr Ice took the lead after 1000m. Leprevost didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Mr Ice today. It continued in the lead.



Mr Ice looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Mr Ice kept the speed the whole finish and won before Gigolo Giggs and Metsu.
