One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Sokeri sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.
Electric Garden was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Gold Ballerina who started to galop and lost 30 m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Glittering Diamond was still in the lead after 1500m.
Clever Mountain didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
Glittering Diamond looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Glittering Diamond galop. Glittering Diamond lost 50 m.
No-one could catch Sokeri today who won before Clever Mountain and Sliding
Rock.
