The sun was shining on Kannus today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amber Necklace tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Slow Striker that came steaming ahead. Little Apple galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Pioneer F.h. sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Little Apple who started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and L'ultima Curva took the lead rather easily.

Eunice Pegasos galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused L'ultima Curva galop. L'ultima Curva lost 50 m.




Metal Crüe won the race after a spectacular finish.
