The sun was shining on Färjestad and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speciale Ragazza took the lead after a very quick start. Eirik Høitomt wanted a little to much in the start and Blushing Gal galoped for 10 m.

Blushing Gal was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Blushing Gal today. It continued in the lead.




Speciale Ragazza seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Speciale Ragazza sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
