One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Vaak Moeilijk. Pigall Pegasos ended up behind the leader. Secret Light got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Falling Electra quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Courrèges who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Vaak Moeilijk sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Secret Light looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Jumping Heat galloped for 40 m.

Vaak Moeilijk suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

No-one could catch Vaak Moeilijk today who won before Pigall Pegasos and Secret Light.
