One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Passionate Star tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Miss Nutmeg that came steaming ahead.




Passionate Star quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Cheval Sauvage started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Passionate Star today. It continued in the lead.



Passionate Star looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Aboyfrom D won. Yellow Jacket came in second. Miss Nutmeg caught third place.
