One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Clovis could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Ghostly Viper was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Clovis clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Tug Of War clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Tug Of War didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
