It had been raining for several days at Dannero but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Purple Red could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Turning Princess suddenly started to galop. Rikard N Skoglund had to struggle to get Turning Princess to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Iowa Hof, Clair De Lune, Front Band, Nicolaas Opal, Aramis On Fire, Sneaky Printer, Purple Red, Modify Brave.




Clair De Lune took the lead after 1000m. Nicolaas Opal didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nicolaas Opal saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Nicolaas Opal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Purple Red was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Clair De Lune never caught up with Nicolaas Opal who won. Aramis On Fire came third.
