One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Safety Operation took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Golden Sparrow started to galop and lost 20 m.




Devine Sunshine saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Golden Sparrow was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Devine Sunshine was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Devine Sunshine followed by Safety Operation and Beautiful Madame. Lane two Barefoot Thought followed by Golden Sparrow and . Beautiful Madame galloped for 10 m.



Barefoot Thought speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Barefoot Thought. Safety Operation came in second. Devine Sunshine became third.
