One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Judging Thinking was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Cleveland Brownie was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Jacques Hof, Judging Thinking, Narkissos Dream, Floating Stardust, Cleveland Brownie, Make A Face, Mighty Joe Young, . Mighty Joe Young galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jacques Hof followed by Judging Thinking and Floating Stardust. Lane two Narkissos Dream followed by Cleveland Brownie and Make A Face.



With only a little left of the race Jacques Hof galoped for 50 m. Narkissos Dream suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Jacques Hof was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




No-one could catch Narkissos Dream today who won before Judging Thinking and Floating Stardust.
