One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stop The Clock tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Slow Striker that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. L'ultima Curva started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop L'ultima Curva today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Schrimp galoped for 50 m. L'ultima Curva sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Dreaming Valley kept the speed the whole finish and won before Rashford The Man and Wild Dancer.
