One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jessie Belle tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Miss Nutmeg that came steaming ahead.




Vlug Uitvoering quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Opposing Sky sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Jessie Belle galoped way to long and was disqualified. Mars Pegasus galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Miss Nutmeg never caught up with Vlug Uitvoering who won. Alpine came third.
