One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Réclamant Le Trophée could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Minous Versicolor started to galop and lost 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Réclamant Le Trophée clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Outspoken Gentleman accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Réclamant Le Trophée gallopped for 40 m.




Outspoken Gentleman didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Outspoken Gentleman looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Réclamant Le Trophée won. Outspoken Gentleman came in second. Dancing Breath caught third place.
