Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Örebro track was in top-condition.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Heavy Band was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Evita was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Front Bear, Big Beard, Alpine, Delicius Us., Evita, What A Twist, Heavy Band, Pinstripe´s Cola.

Delicius Us. looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Heavy Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Front Bear. Pinstripe´s Cola suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Front Bear followed by Delicius Us. and Alpine. Lane two Heavy Band followed by Evita and What A Twist. Big Beard started to gallop after 1500m and Kim Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Heavy Band was first on the homestretch followed by Delicius Us. and Alpine.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Alpine galop. Alpine lost 50 m.

Delicius Us. made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Heavy Band.
