The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kajaani this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pointing Queen could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




Pure Candy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Lazaret sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.



With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 10 m. Lazaret sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Pointing Queen galop. Pointing Queen lost 20 m.




Pure Candy sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
