The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kajaani today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Havre Lady found a gap and took the lead.
Xtravaganza followed before
Römarens Anna. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.
Havre Lady was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.
Havre Lady was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Havre Lady today. It continued in the lead. Unknown galloped for 20 m.
With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 20 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.
Havre Lady sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Römarens Anna galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.
Winner of todays race was
Havre Lady.
Xtravaganza came in second.
Römarens Anna became third.
