It had been raining for several days at Joensuu but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Lily could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

With only a little left of the race Stifling Lily galoped for 30 m. Stifling Lily sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.






Seductive Snake never caught up with Stifling Lily who won. Steel Pirate came third.
