One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brave Striker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Sechage Rapide saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sechage Rapide clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Magyare Turgot clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Magyare Turgot didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
